We are so excited to be offering Summer Camp again this year and can’t wait to kick off a spectacular summer! Our camps will be offered from 8:30-1:30 for 9 weeks of the summer.  The camps will begin on Monday, June 2 and end on Friday, August 1.  The children will eat lunch (provided by you) but will not have nap or rest time here during these hours.  We plan to keep the kiddos quite busy and hopefully tire them out so that when you pick them up at 1:30, they will be ready for some down time at home!   

Currently enrolled Friends School students will receive preference in placement. All Friends School students are welcome to apply to summer camp, including infants. We will accept infants who are currently enrolled or infants who are enrolled for Fall 2025. Applicants outside the Friends School community should be between the ages of 12 months - 9 years old.  Please be aware that if your child has identified disabilities, a shadow day may be required prior to placement in camp.  Just like last year, we will ask that if you are not using 5 days a week that you use the same days each week for at least 4 weeks. This enables us to more effectively handle staffing needs.  Additionally, we know that summer schedules can be difficult to nail down, but we are asking that you let us know if your child will be attending at least two full weeks in advance of the day (based on availability).  If we don’t have that notice, the days will be considered drop-in days. Please note that payment is due with your application and that no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be permitted. Please make sure to only register for the days / weeks that your child will actually be attending. 

Please make sure to complete this form in its entirety. Please note that you will need to upload copies of your child's birth certificate and a copy of your child's up-to-date immunization certificate. If you are unable to upload those documents now, you will need to provide them to the school office prior to June 2.

Summer camp tuition / fees are due with your application. Melanie (our Business Manager) will invoice you when your application has been accepted, and your child is registered for camp. Invoices will be due on receipt. Registration is subject to availability and staffing. 

Below you will find rates for our Summer Program.  If your child is a typically developing child, you will simply look at the “Typical Slot” pricing.  If your child has identified needs, their tier level will be established through a shadow day or experience with the child at Friends School.  

Rate for full week of camp – 5 days from 8:30 – 1:30                      

Typical Slot = $210
Tier 4 Rate = $230
Tier 3 Rate = $240
Tier 2 Rate = $270
Tier 1 Rate = $285
 
This price only applies if you are signing up for an entire week of camp.  If you are using less than five days per week, a daily camp rate applies. Please see the attached Summer Camp Rate Form for additional information regarding summer rates.

2025 Summer Camp Application

We will accept summer camp applications until all slots are filled. Once all slots are filled, registration for summer camp will close.

We will reach out to you if registration has closed, if we do not have space for your child in their age group, or if your child has been waitlisted for some or all requested dates. 

Closer to camp (in May), we will send out information about teachers, room placement, class schedules, and activities.
